Hygge Gifts: Dogge

If you know me you know how much I love giving gifts. So much in fact that I spend the entire year gathering gifts for my loved ones. There is nothing greater than giving the perfect gift (which I like to think is something unexpected but useful and thoughtful). I also think that hygge gifts can be tailored for anyone in your life. Let me share some of my gifts from this last Christmas!

My brother and sister-in-law have two adorable pups (Penny and Milo) and are avid hikers. So when it came to my favorite gift giving season I knew exactly what to get them:

Dogge

(you know- dog hygge).

I was able to find a relatively unused cooler (in my garage) and filled it with some of my favorite reusable utensils and snack bags (thanks to mightynest.com). I also found a book on the best dog hikes in Southern California. And then I topped it off with a bottle opener and a water proof picnic blanket. All they have to do is add their drinks and snacks, pick a day, flip through the book and find a trail. Boom- a perfect hygge dog date.
